Door Assembler – Immediate Openings

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our production team immediately. If you have experience with assembly, woodworking, or using hand and power tools, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with competitive pay and weekly paychecks.
Job Responsibilities Assembly & Woodworking- Assemble pre-hung doors and related components according to work orders, blueprints, and written specifications.
- Perform general woodworking tasks, including cutting, fitting, measuring, and material preparation.
- Safely operate hand and power tools such as nail guns, saws, routers, and pneumatic equipment.
- Set up, operate, and monitor automated finishing equipment, including flat-line and booth systems.
- Apply water-based paints, stains, and sealants to custom millwork products.
- Ensure proper coating coverage, thickness, and compliance with production standards.
- Perform detailed surface preparation, including sanding, defect repair, and finish touch-ups.
- Inspect completed products for quality and address any issues promptly.
- Complete color and material changeovers efficiently to maintain production flow.
- Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of finishing and production equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products as needed.
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
