Set up, operate, and monitor automated flat line and booth finishing equipment to maintain a steady and efficient production flow;
Apply water-based paints, stains, and sealers to custom millwork, ensuring consistent coverage, correct mil thickness, and adherence to production tickets;
Perform advanced surface preparation, including fine sanding, defect correction, and paint prep to achieve high-quality finishes;
Inspect products as they exit the automated finishing line, promptly identifying and correcting finish flaws, color variations, and texture inconsistencies;
Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance on sprayers, finishing lines, and paint booths to prevent equipment downtime and ensure safe operation
