Talent Masters Staffing is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker in Minnesota. You will read engineering drawings and GD&T, build and debug progressive dies, operate manual mills and lathes, and perform die tryouts and maintenance. Strong inspection skills and a solid manufacturing background are required.
Candidates should have 5+ years in tool & die making, familiarity with CAD for die design, and the ability to document changes while ensuring safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
