Role Summary:
Seeking an R&D Test Technician to support product testing of medical devices/catheters in an R&D lab environment. The role involves mechanical, electrical, and simulated-use testing while following detailed protocols and documenting results accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tensile, fatigue, flex, torque, extension/retraction, and electrical testing

• Support x-ray analysis and simulated-use testing of medical products

• Set up and operate semi-automated test equipment

• Follow testing protocols and accurately capture/report data

• Use microscopes, tensile testing systems, and electrical measurement equipment

• Maintain compliance with quality systems and documentation requirements

Required Skills:

• Experience operating test equipment or complex machinery

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols independently

• Basic PC skills including Word, Excel, and file management

• Experience in testing, assembly, manufacturing, or technician environments

Qualifications:

• AA Degree or equivalent related experience

• 1+ year of experience in testing, assembly, operator, or technician roles

• 4-year engineering degree candidates will not be considered
