Tony Downs Foods Company is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Madelia facility. The role focuses on employee safety, product quality, relationships, and achieving company standards for productivity, yield, and material usage.
Responsibilities- Reports to Shift Superintendent.
- Efficiently use employees, materials, and equipment to meet production standards.
- Direct daily activities of 50+ hourly production employees.
- Address production and employee issues.
- Meet company goals for yield and productivity.
- Ensure employee compliance with company policies.
- Comply with State and Federal regulations and USDA/customer specifications.
- Responsible for safe operation of equipment and safe employment practices.
- Maintain sanitation standards.
- Follow QA guidelines to produce high-quality product.
- Interface with other departments to resolve problems and use company resources efficiently.
