You will operate automated finishing equipment, apply water‑based coatings, and help maintain a smooth, high‑quality production flow while working with a close‑knit, family‑oriented team.

Responsibilities

  • Apply water‑based paints, stains, and sealers to custom millwork, ensuring consistent coverage, correct mil thickness, and adherence to production tickets.

  • Perform advanced surface preparation, including fine sanding, defect correction, and paint prep to achieve high‑quality finishes.

  • Inspect products as they exit the automated finishing line, promptly identifying and correcting finish flaws, color variations, and texture inconsistencies.

  • Execute efficient color and material changeovers on finishing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.

  • Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance on sprayers, finishing lines, and paint booths to prevent equipment downtime and ensure safe operation.
