** Pay Range:**  $35/hr to $40/hr on W2

** Mode:
** 12 Months Contract - 7am to 3.30pm

** Job Details:*
* + Support and continuously improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to meet daily production schedules while enhancing productivity and product quality.

+ Proactively seek out improvements and solutions to quality and productivity issues.

+ Support production by responding to line down issues and other manufacturing concerns raised by the manufacturing teams.

+ Maintain and manage all production status and statistics information for the assigned product lines (production line owner).

+ Utilize tools like DMAIC, A3, Gage R&R, Cp, Cpk, and SPC to improve processes.

** What's Needed?*
* + Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical, or related Engineering field.

+

Experience with manufacturing process troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.

+ Proficiency with manufacturing concepts such as Value Stream mapping, 5S, and Visual Workplace.
