As a Machine Operator I, you'll play an important role in producing high‑quality precision metal components while supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow a career in manufacturing. You'll learn to operate a variety of production equipment, monitor quality, and work alongside an experienced team to ensure customer expectations are met.

• Operate a variety of production machines, including countersink, ream, tap, deburr, tumble, oil, wash, flattener, and shaker equipment
• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality and specification requirements
• Notify your supervisor immediately if production or quality issues arise
• Perform visual inspections to verify finished parts meet customer specifications
• Keep machines and work areas clean and organized after each completed operation
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing best practices
• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet production schedules and customer deadlines
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Ability to learn and safely operate various production machines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet production goals
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0–1 years of metal fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to frequently use hands and arms for operating equipment and handling materials
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Visual acuity for close work, depth perception, and quality inspection
