Vista Tek, a growing injection molding company, seeks a hands-on Process Technician to develop robust molding processes and validate new tooling. You will partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production to deliver reliable, high-quality parts while reducing scrap and cycle times.
You’ll lead mold validation, document processes, and support automation and robotics during development. The role requires 3+ years in injection molding and strong problem-solving in a manufacturing setting.
