Process Technician
HiFyve is hiring a Process Technician for a manufacturing facility!
Salary: $25.65/hour
Shift Options:
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM
Location:
Little Canada, MN 55117
- Perform machine adjustments to maintain optimum production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete minor mechanical repairs.
- Set up and change over production equipment according to product specifications and established standards.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery.
- Inspect, operate, and test equipment to identify and diagnose mechanical issues.
- Assist with equipment reliability improvements and minimize production downtime.
- Work closely with Production and Maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Identify machine issues and communicate concerns to appropriate team members.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve production processes.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
- Assist with production needs and support daily manufacturing goals.
- Previous manufacturing experience required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and industrial troubleshooting skills.
- Experience performing equipment setups, adjustments, and minor repairs preferred.
- Ability to diagnose machine problems and identify practical solutions.
- Experience working with production equipment and machinery preferred.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Ability to complete training and learn production procedures.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to identify equipment issues and perform problem-solving tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to follow production instructions and equipment procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Production and Maintenance teams.
- Ability to learn new processes and operate manufacturing equipment safely.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
- Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, crouching, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials.
- Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
- Ability to safely perform equipment adjustments and maintenance tasks.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise and continuous production activity.
- Ability to work a consistent 2nd or 3rd shift schedule.
- Ability to work overtime as needed based on production requirements.
