JOB SUMMARYBlendor mix raw materials and ingredients todesignatedspecifications to ensure that final mixed product meets designated specifications.
JOB DUTIES- Set up,operate and disassemble equipment as required. Includes mixers,grinder sand other machines in department.
- Record all raw material usage on the computer.
- Perform all necessary record keeping for QA and inventory records.
- Measure and/or weigh all specified ingredients according to specifications and batch sheets.
- Mix ingredients and chill, if necessary,to proper temperature.
- Maintain clean work area.
- Must be able to read and understandspecificationsand batch sheets.
- Frequent twisting,bendingandlifting upto 100#.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
High noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment and dust may be present. Wear appropriate PPEand other equipment as necessary or required.
QUALIFICATIONSDisplay positive attitude and teamwork skills. Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day. Ability tofrequentlybend, lift and twist. Must pass the company physical classification test for essential functions of the position.
