Medical Assembler – Start Your Career in Medical Device Manufacturing
Join a growing medical device team where you'll work in a cleanroom environment assembling precision medical components. You'll begin in the coiling department and gain hands-on experience across multiple assembly areas as you cross-train and grow.
What You'll Do- Operate coil-winding machines and assemble small medical components
- Use microscopes to inspect and manipulate fine wires
- Inspect and deburr parts using pliers, knives, and other small tools
- Assemble components in CEA areas with hand tools and microscopes
- Perform precision laser welding on small medical parts
- Operate automated presses and stamping machines
- Follow work instructions and maintain strict quality standards
- Strong hand dexterity and comfort working with tiny parts
- 4–6+ months of medical manufacturing or small-part assembly experience
- Experience with microscopes and cleanroom environments
- Familiarity with coil winding or laser welding is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude for machine operation
- Experience in sewing or similar fine-motor activities
- Willingness to cross-train across multiple departments

Job Type & Location
This is a permanent position based out of Maplewood, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.53/hr.
