CNC Mill Operator Opportunity

Twin City Staffing is hiring a CNC mill operator for a fantastic temporary to temp-to-hire opportunity on the east side of Saint Paul, MN! Location:

Saint Paul, MN Wage: $22.00 – $26.00/hr depending on qualifications

Hours:

6:30 am – 3:00 pm, Monday – Friday (Two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch)

Duties of the CNC mill operator:

Set up and operate a Haas VF-2SS CNC mill according to production drawings and work orders
Inspect parts as they come off the machine using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and rulers to ensure tolerance compliance
Perform hand-finishing tasks such as deburring, sanding, and minor hand-rework on parts as needed
Collaboratively follow technical directions from the in-house lead machinist, engineers, and production manager

Requirements of the CNC mill operator:

Proven experience operating Haas CNC mills with job setup capabilities (programming is not required)
Strong ability to accurately read blueprints, understand GD&T, and measure tight part tolerances
Physical ability to stand, handle precision tools, and work continuously throughout the shift
