Medical Assembler
Join our team as a Medical Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in the production of medical components and devices. You will start in the coiling department, working in a cleanroom environment and gaining expertise in various assembly processes.
Responsibilities- Operate coil winding machines and assemble medical components.
- Use microscopes for inspecting and manipulating wires.
- Inspect and deburr parts in the molding area using tools like pliers and knives.
- Assemble components in the CEA assembly areas using hand tools and microscopes.
- Perform laser welding on small medical components with precision.
- Work with automated presses and stamping machines in the implantable housings area.
- Adhere to work instructions and ensure quality control throughout the assembly process.
- Hand dexterity and ability to work with small parts.
- 4-6+ months of experience in medical manufacturing or small part assembly.
- Experience working with microscopes and in cleanroom environments.
- Familiarity with laser welding and coil winding processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical inclination for working with machines.
- Experience in sewing or similar activities requiring good hand dexterity.
- Adaptability and willingness to cross-train in different areas.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.53/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
