Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Build cable assemblies from scratch using established processes and work instructions.;
Rotate between cable cell stations, including wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering, as production needs require.;
Perform work using the batching method, completing large batches of wires at one station and passing them to the next station to maintain efficient workflow.;
Operate hand tools and small machines at each station, including wire cutters, strippers, crimpers, and torque wrenches, in a safe and accurate manner.;
Conduct soldering operations, following all quality and safety standards.
