Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Build cable assemblies from scratch using established processes and work instructions;
Rotate between cable cell stations, including wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering;
Perform work using the batching method, completing large batches of wires at one station and passing them to the next station to maintain efficient workflow;
Operate hand tools and small machines at each station, including wire cutters, strippers, crimpers, and torque wrenches, in a safe and accurate manner;
Read and interpret blueprints, travelers, and standard operating procedures to ensure correct assembly and documentation
