CNC Machinist​/CNC Programmer

We are seeking a self-motivated CNC Programmer / CNC Machinist to support CNC programming, setup, machining, and inspection in a fast-paced advanced mold manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong focus on precision, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Program and operate CNC machining equipment using current programming technology and established machining practices.
• Set up tooling, fixtures, and work pieces for CNC and related machining operations.
• Inspect completed work using CNC CMM and manual inspection equipment to verify dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes, support cross-training initiatives, and maintain efficient workflow.

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training in CNC programming, machining, manufacturing technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Solid Works, Cimatron, Mastercam, Pro/ENGINEER, or similar systems preferred.
• Experience in mold manufacturing, toolmaking, or another close-tolerance machining environment preferred.
• Strong math, problem-solving, blueprint interpretation, and inspection skills.
• Experience with Yasda/Fanuc controls, hard milling, or project lead responsibilities is a plus.

• Knowledge of 3-axis NC programming, solid modeling, and blueprint interpretation including GD&T.
• Experience holding tight tolerances, including finish machining up to +/- .0001 in. where required.
• Ability to set up and run CNC programs, support process improvements, and communicate technical information clearly.
• Ability to validate inspection results using manual inspection equipment and CNC CMM processes.
