Join Tempco's Operations team as a hands-on technician producing high-precision metal components. This full-time role is ideal for those starting or growing a manufacturing career. You’ll learn multiple machines, uphold quality standards, and contribute to a safe, efficient production floor while reporting to the Production Supervisor.
What a Typical Day Looks Like- Run production equipment across the cell: countersink, ream, tap, deburr, tumble, oil, wash, flattener, and shaker machines.
- Continuously monitor operations so parts conform to specification and customer requirements.
- Flag any production or quality concerns to your supervisor without delay.
- Perform visual inspections to verify dimensions and finish meet customer specifications.
- Keep machines and your work area clean, organized, and ready for the next run.
- Follow all safety procedures and apply manufacturing best practices.
- Partner with teammates to achieve production schedules and on-time delivery.
- Take on other related duties as assigned.
- Enjoys hands-on work and building things the right way.
- Takes pride in accuracy and craftsmanship.
- Brings a strong work ethic and enthusiasm to learn.
- Spots issues early and communicates them clearly.

- Solid time management to meet production goals.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 0-1 years of metal fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy.
- Frequently use hands and arms for equipment operation and material handling.
- Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Maintain visual acuity for close work, depth perception, and inspection.
