Precision Metal Fabrication Machine Technician Join Tempco’s Operations team as a hands-on technician producing high-precision metal components. This full-time role is ideal for those starting or growing a manufacturing career. You’ll learn multiple machines, uphold quality standards, and contribute to a safe, efficient production floor while reporting to the Production Supervisor.

What a Typical Day Looks Like Run production equipment across the cell: countersink, ream, tap, deburr, tumble, oil, wash, flattener, and shaker machines.

Continuously monitor operations so parts conform to specification and customer requirements.

Flag any production or quality concerns to your supervisor without delay.

Perform visual inspections to verify dimensions and finish meet customer specifications.

Keep machines and your work area clean, organized, and ready for the next run.

Follow all safety procedures and apply manufacturing best practices.

Partner with teammates to achieve production schedules and on-time delivery.

Take on other related duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED preferred.
0–1 years of metal fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred.

Physical Demands Stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.

Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy.

Frequently use hands and arms for equipment operation and material handling.

Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Maintain visual acuity for close work, depth perception, and inspection.
