We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Fulfillment Technician to support warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment operations for a growing manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving materials, managing inventory, preparing production job kits, processing shipments, and ensuring materials are available to support production.
Pay Rate Low: 47500 | Pay Rate High: 52000
Location: St. Paul, MN
Pay: $47,000 - $52,000($23–$25/hour)
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Rare
- Receive, verify, and process incoming materials into inventory.
- Prepare job kits by pulling and organizing parts and materials for production.
- Read pick lists and create packing lists, bills of lading (BOLs), and shipping documentation.
- Manage inventory through receiving, stocking, shipping, and cycle counts.
- Utilize ERP software to process shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.
- Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to load and unload materials.
- Package sterile products and prepare shipments for customers.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Production, and Quality teams to ensure material availability.
- Assist with tooling inspections, inventory, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse while supporting safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of inventory management and warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Recent forklift experience (certification preferred).
- Experience supporting production through job kitting and material staging.
- Experience using an ERP system to manage inventory and process shipments.
- Ability to accurately read pick lists, shipping documents, and packing instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with computers, barcode scanners, and warehouse inventory systems.
- Manufacturing experience required;
life sciences or scientific manufacturing experience is a plus.
