Job Title: Production Line Worker – Plastics Manufacturing
Location:Saint Paul
Shift:1st and 2nd
Pay Rate: $17
Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Line Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machines, monitoring production processes, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, enjoy fast-paced environments, and take pride in producing quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on all production lines as needed it's mostly bottling lines.
Load raw materials into machines and monitor production output
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of equipment
Pack and label finished goods according to specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
Record production data and report any equipment issues or inconsistencies
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to work in a warm environment (due to machinery and plastic processing)
Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
