Job Title: Production Line Worker – Plastics Manufacturing

Shift:1st and 2nd
Pay Rate: $17

Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Line Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machines, monitoring production processes, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, enjoy fast-paced environments, and take pride in producing quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on all production lines as needed it's mostly bottling lines.

• Load raw materials into machines and monitor production output

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of equipment

• Pack and label finished goods according to specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

• Record production data and report any equipment issues or inconsistencies

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Willingness to work in a warm environment (due to machinery and plastic processing)

• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
