What You'll DoAs an Assembler, you'll rotate through multiple workstations to build high-quality medical device components and subassemblies.
Responsibilities include:
- Assemble medical device components using detailed work instructions
- Use hand tools such as wire cutters, strippers, crimpers, and torque wrenches
- Perform mechanical assembly of hardware and components
- Operate specialized equipment for functional testing
- Read and follow assembly instructions, SOPs, and build plans
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Use computers to access work instructions and record production data
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Follow safety, ESD, and manufacturing procedures
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, medical device, electronics, or mechanical assembly preferred
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures
- Comfortable using hand tools and working with small components
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn, cross-train, and rotate between workstations
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Medical device manufacturing experience
- Cable assembly, wiring, crimping, or soldering experience
- Experience working from build plans, travelers, or production documentation
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
