$1,000 Signing Bonus | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm | No Weekends

. We are hiring an experienced CNC Set-Up Machinist III for our Frazee, MN location.

This is not an entry-level operator position. Candidates must have prior true set-up experience
, including the ability to tear down completed jobs and fully set up new jobs
, not just change tooling or adjust offsets.

• Tear down and set up CNC jobs from start to finish
• Produce first-run parts and verify quality
• Read and edit FANUC programs
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
• Support operators and improve processes
• Inspect parts to print and tolerance requirements

• 4+ years of CNC machining experience
• Strong set-up experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders
• Experience with gauges and inspection tools
• Strong troubleshooting and machining math skills
• Dependable and safety-focused
