Material Handler Position
Twin City Staffing is hiring a material handler for a premier production facility in Arden Hills, MN! In this role, you will operate forklifts, stage materials for production departments, complete quality inspections, maintain SQF/GMP standards, and prepare outgoing shipments. Arden Hills, MN Wage: $22.00 – $24.00/hr hours: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am, Monday – Friday

Duties of the material handler:
- Supply production, press, laminating, and slitting departments with required raw materials to maintain continuous workflow
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to receive, unload, stage, and move inventory across the facility
- Execute quality checks, weigh waste/recycled materials, and maintain accurate inventory documentation
- Adhere to strict Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and facility safety protocols
Requirements of the material handler:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Minimum 2+ years of material handling experience working with manufacturing orders and imperial/metric measurements
- Requirement to wear steel-toed safety boots and mandatory PPE (safety glasses and hearing protection)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, lift 30 lbs. frequently, and push/pull up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
