Night Shift: 6:00 pm – 6:00 am (Rotating 2-2-3 shift schedule)

Duties of the batch blender:
- Measure, weigh, and mix precise quantities of raw materials and liquid ingredients according to batch formulas
- Set up and operate industrial blending equipment to prepare products for transfer and packaging stages
- Safely operate stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport production materials
- Assist cross-functional manufacturing departments to maintain continuous facility workflow and throughput
Requirements of the batch blender:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of production, blending, or material handling experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience operating stand-up forklifts and powered pallet jacks
- Proficiency in basic math calculations and computer data entry for recording batch specifications
- Ability to work comfortably in cold storage warehouse environments
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
