3rd Shift Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Supervisor to lead and oversee production operations during the overnight shift. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supervising a production or manufacturing shift and be comfortable managing employees, maintaining operational standards, and addressing issues in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise daily production activities during the 3rd shift and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to established standards.
• Lead and support a team of approximately 25 employees.
• Provide direction, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Address operational issues and elevate concerns when necessary.

• Monitor production activities to ensure quality, productivity, and schedule requirements are met.
• Coordinate workflow and staffing to maintain effective shift coverage.
• Ensure procedures, safety requirements, and company standards are consistently followed.
• Communicate important production updates and issues to other shifts and management.

• Maintain a positive and accountable work environment.
• Support employee development, training, and performance management.
• Promote teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement across the shift.

• Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a production team.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, safety, and quality standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions and resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently during an overnight shift.
• Willingness to work a Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM schedule.

• Manufacturing, production, safety, or leadership-related certifications are a plus.
• Additional technical or operational training is preferred but not required.

• Salary: $70,000–$95,000 annually.
• Additional Compensation: 8% bonus opportunity.
