Using light manufacturing equipment (e.g., cutting saws, grinders, soldering irons, microscopes, and testing equipment), the successful candidate will fabricate, assemble, inspect, and test key components used in our ultrasound transducers and medical devices. This role requires excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to perform precision assembly under a microscope. The Manufacturing Technician will document manufacturing procedures, production activities, and quality records while supporting prototype builds, process improvements, and manufacturing development efforts.
This position reports to the VP of Product Development and will receive hands‑on training from experienced manufacturing personnel with extensive expertise in ultrasound transducer and medical device production.

JOB DUTIES:
- Assemble precision components and subassemblies for ultrasound transducers and medical devices using work instructions, drawings, visual aids, diagrams, and verbal instructions.
- Use small‑scale tools and equipment including cutting saws, grinders, soldering irons, microscopes, precision measuring devices, and testing equipment.
- Prepare, mix, and apply small batches of manufacturing materials, including silver epoxy and silicone.
- Perform repetitive and non‑repetitive production assembly operations while maintaining exceptional workmanship.
