Strategic Customer Service & Planning Coordinator

Looking for someone who can keep customers happy and keep production moving? This cross-functional role connects Customer Service, Sales, Prepress, Production, and Quality to manage orders from purchase order through production and delivery. You’ll use ERP and planning tools, monitor schedules, resolve issues, and make sure the details are right at every step. If you’re organized, production-minded, detail-obsessed, and great at solving problems, this could be your next move.

• 2-3 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations in customer service, production planning, scheduling or in a similar detail-oriented capacity
• Strong understanding of production processes, material flow, production timelines, and capacity planning.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP system (e.g., IFS, Epicor, Printvis, Optimus Radius, Net Suite, SAP)
• Ability to work with internal customers to ensure alignment of production goals.
• Skills to quickly identify and solve production issues that may affect timelines or output.
• Adaptability to changing production demands, supply issues, or unforeseen delays.
• Ensure production schedules and forecasts are accurate to minimize errors and inefficiencies.
• Awareness of quality standards and ensuring they are maintained in production.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
