Shift Options

1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM-1:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 1:30 PM-10:00 PM

Overtime on Saturdays is common

What You'll Do
  • Assemble tiny medical device components
  • Work under a microscope for assembly and inspections
  • Use tweezers and small hand tools to handle very small parts
  • Follow detailed work instructions and procedures
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy
  • Complete production documentation
  • Work in a clean room environment
  • Meet quality and production goals
What We're Looking For

Comfortable working with extremely small parts

Willing to use a microscope for several hours per shift

Strong attention to detail

Good hand dexterity and a steady hand

Reliable attendance and stable work history

Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English

Comfortable working overtime when needed
