We are seeking 1st and 2nd shift Paint Powder Coater. The Paint Powder Coater is responsible for preparing, powder coating, and finishing a variety of components in accordance with quality standards and production requirements. This role works independently and collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily output, quality, and safety objectives while supporting overall operational goals.

• Apply powder coating to components on manually operated lines as well as batch booth applications.
• Set up equipment for proper application of coating.
• Clean, mask, plug, and fixture components prior to powder coat application.
• Guide coworkers to prep parts properly.
• Maintain equipment and keep work area in order.
• Operate batch ovens according to work order specifications.
• Inspect parts after coating is complete.
• Unmask, unplug, and package components as needed.
• Complete all paperwork accordingly.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous powder coating or painting experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Possess strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of GEMA powder coating equipment is preferred.

$3,500 Retention Bonus Opportunity! This position may be eligible for a $3,500 retention bonus for qualified full-time hires. Bonus payments are earned at designated employment milestones based on continued employment and meeting applicable eligibility requirements.

Retention bonus eligibility and payment amounts are subject to company guidelines and continued employment at the time of each scheduled payment.

1st shift: 5am to 3:30pm Monday
- Thursday (10 hours shift) 2nd shift: 3:30pm to 2am Monday
- Thursday (10 hours shift)
