** Position Overview*
* We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented
** Operator I
** professionals to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform routine assembly operations in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment while working under direct supervision. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform assembly and manufacturing operations according to established procedures and quality standards.
+ Follow work instructions, manufacturing travelers, and production documentation accurately.
+ Maintain complete and accurate production and quality records to ensure product traceability.
+ Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively.
+ Perform routine and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment as required.
+ Inspect products and components to ensure conformance to specifications.
+ Utilize microscopes for detailed assembly and inspection activities for up to 50-90% of the workday, depending on assignment.
+ Communicate production issues, quality concerns, and improvement opportunities to supervisors and team members.
+ Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
+ Support Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and regulatory compliance requirements.
+ Represent the company professionally during customer visits and facility tours.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
+ Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, active listening, and problem-solving skills in a self-managed team environment.
** Required Qualifications*
* + Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
+ Basic computer skills and ability to utilize electronic data collection systems.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
+ Ability to handle and manipulate small components and parts.
+ Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to use a microscope for extended periods during the workday.
** Preferred Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or equivalent.
+ At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated production environment.
+ Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience.
+ Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
+ Willingness to work overtime, including Fridays and Saturdays, based on business needs.
** Physical Requirements*
* + Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle small parts and components.
+ Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
+ Ability to meet visual inspection requirements, including microscope work.
** Dress Code Requirements*
* To maintain cleanroom and manufacturing standards, employees must:
+ Wear clean, non-shedding clothing free of loose fibers, glitter, sequins, or detachable items.
+ Wear clothing that fully covers the torso, upper arms, and legs.
+ Wear closed-toe, closed-heel shoes with socks or stockings.
+ Avoid loose-fitting garments, sleeveless tops, and clothing that may interfere with safety requirements.
+ Refrain from wearing makeup, nail polish, artificial nails, strong fragrances, or unsafe jewelry.
+ Ensure all clothing and appearance are professional, clean, and appropriate for a manufacturing environment.
+ Cover any open wounds with a bandage.
+ Follow all PPE and cleanroom gowning requirements.
