What You'll Do
- Assemble tiny medical device components
- Work under a microscope for assembly and inspections
- Use tweezers and small hand tools to handle very small parts
- Follow detailed work instructions and procedures
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Complete production documentation
- Work in a clean room environment
- Meet quality and production goals
What We're Looking For
Comfortable working with extremely small parts
Willing to use a microscope for several hours per shift
Strong attention to detail
Good hand dexterity and a steady hand
Reliable attendance and stable work history
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
Comfortable working overtime when needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arden Hills, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.80 - $18.80/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
