We're hiring Overhead Crane Operators to join a growing metals operation where employees are rewarded for safety, productivity, and skill development. This is a hands-on role in a large industrial warehouse where you'll operate overhead cranes, move materials throughout production, and help fulfill customer orders.

What You'll Do
- Operate an overhead crane to safely move metal products throughout the facility.
- Load and unload semi-trailers with incoming and outgoing material.
- Stage and organize material to support production and shipping operations.
- Supply materials to machine operators and production teams.
- Handle finished products after they are cut to length, including staging, organizing, and preparing for shipment.
- Assist with processing customer orders according to specifications.
- Learn to operate additional equipment such as cut-to-length lines and plasma cutters.
- Perform order picking and inventory-related tasks.
- Use shop math to determine material weights and ensure safe material handling.
- Read and use tape measures to verify dimensions and product accuracy.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Follow established safety procedures and production standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience.
- Overhead crane experience is highly preferred, but candidates with strong industrial experience and mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Experience loading/unloading trucks and moving large materials.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Basic math skills and comfort working with weights and measurements.
- Strong attention to safety and quality.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Experience in metal manufacturing, steel distribution, order picking, or production environments is a plus.

Employees work indoors in an active production environment where temperatures fluctuate with the seasons. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.22 - $27.97/hr.
