• Build cable assemblies from start to finish
• Cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires
• Rotate between different workstations so the work stays interesting
• Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and assembly equipment
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and SOPs
• Complete documentation and production records
• Perform quality inspections on finished products
• Support both electronic and mechanical assembly projects

• Wire cutting, stripping, crimping, or cable assembly experience
• Soldering experience is a big plus
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork

• Medical device assembly experience
• Electronics assembly experience
• Cable harness assembly experience
• Experience working with production travelers or documentation

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
