What you will do:
- Set up and operate rotary press equipment to complete production jobs efficiently
- Follow work instructions, diagrams, and standard procedures to ensure accurate production
- Monitor machine performance and communicate any slowdowns or issues to leadership
- Perform routine quality checks and record inspection results accurately
- Read and interpret basic prints and job specifications
- Maintain accurate production and timekeeping records
- Support team members assigned to your machine by guiding tasks such as inspecting, packing, and material handling
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment or completion of a technical training program
- Experience with rotary press equipment is a plus
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings or instructions
