Do you love turning complex prints into flawless bends? Are you the go‑to person when a setup must run right, right away? Join us as a senior press brake expert who safeguards quality from first piece to final run and lifts the skills of the entire team.

• Own end-to-end CNC press brake setups: programming, tooling selection, and optimization
• Digest intricate blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions with ease
• Calculate bend allowances and refine setups for accuracy and throughput
• Confirm specs using precision gauges and keen visual inspections
• Stage materials, complete clear job documentation, and keep schedules on track
• Train and mentor Level I/II operators; model safe, reliable methods
• Maintain a neat, safe, and audit‑ready workspace

• First-pass approvals with consistent part-to-part repeatability
• Independent troubleshooting of forming issues and root‑cause fixes
• Strong communication with production to meet delivery goals

• Advanced CNC press brake setup/operation
• Sharp mechanical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail
• Hands‑on problem solving under real production timelines
• 5+ years in metal fabrication or related manufacturing preferred (more is even better)
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Standing and walking for the shift
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Manual dexterity and high visual accuracy

Pay Range: $28–$45/hr
