Our client, a respected Food Processor and Supplier, is currently seeking a Production Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily production operations at a food manufacturing facility, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.
- Supervise a team of approximately 10+ union employees, providing coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
- Serve as a key link between the floor and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with USDA regulations and food safety standards throughout production.
- Partner with HR and union representatives to maintain positive labor relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on the production floor.
- 5+ years of experience in meat manufacturing
- 3+ years in a supervisory capacity
- Union environment experience is preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
