Machine Technician

Join a dynamic team in a company renowned for producing personal care products such as shampoos, conditioners, and body wash. As a Machine Technician, you will play a vital role in preparing and maintaining production machines to ensure seamless operations in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

• Perform sanitation washes for filler machines.
• Set up fillers for various bottle sizes and weights.
• Adjust rails to fit the correct size for each production run.
• Set up labeling and box coder machines.
• Monitor production lines and provide assistance as needed.
• Check and change label rolls throughout the day to ensure continuity.

• Troubleshooting
• Preventive maintenance
• Mechanical ability
• Machine setup and maintenance

• 1+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude
• Forklift experience (nice to have)
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods
• Experience working with computers attached to machines

Be a part of a team of 34 in a fast-paced production environment that can exceed 90 degrees. Work shifts are from 5:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for extended hours up to 4:30pm. Dress code includes safety toe shoes, regular work attire (shorts allowed), and a hairnet, with no safety glasses required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
