AMPay Rate: $18.00/hourPDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in electronics manufacturing to hire an Entry-Level Machine Operator. If you have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, this is your opportunity to build valuable skills in a precision-focused manufacturing environment.

What You’ll DoSet up and operate wire cut/strip machines according to process sheets.

Change blades, rollers, and guide tubes as needed.

Inspect, sort, count, and bundle products while minimizing scrap.

Document product lot numbers and production data in the ERP system.

Read customer prints, SOPs, schematics, and drawings.

Use measurement and inspection tools such as rulers, calipers, micrometers, and microscopes.

Troubleshoot machine issues and identify missing or unclear specifications.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow all company, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

Required:

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Basic math and measurement skills.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP systems.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Preferred:

Experience with manufacturing, electronics, wire/cable processing, or machine operation.

Familiarity with wire harness assembly, tooling, or fixtures.

Experience using calipers, micrometers, or microscopes.

Ability to troubleshoot automated machinery.
