Pay: The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,000-$63,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant work experience, the skills required for the role, internal equity, market competitiveness, and budget considerations. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Shift times: Core hours 9am – 3pm. Flexible between 6am – 6pm for remaining hours up to 40.
Location: Primarily remote with infrequent trips to Planned Parenthood Saint Paul (671 Vandalia Street, Saint Paul, MN 55114)

Under immediate supervision of the Senior Director of Marketing, the Senior Marketing and Brand Strategist develops engaging marketing content for a variety of channels (print, web, advertising, etc.), and oversees the execution of large-scale advertising campaigns across the five-state region, infusing Planned Parenthood’s brand voice throughout, and tailoring messaging to ensure it resonates with its intended audience – particularly marginalized communities that are at higher risk of experiencing health care inequities.
They manage day-to-day operations with outside vendors to ensure effective, accurate, and timely campaign deployment. This includes independently managing assigned budgets, as well as departmental invoicing, across multiple, complex revenue streams. Other duties include coordinating sponsor ships, maintaining related marketing resources, reporting, internal marketing communications, general website support, and other related duties as assigned. The Senior Marketing and Brand Strategist is an advocate in implementing our mission of Advancing and protecting sexual and reproductive health care for all.
Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish are preferred.

- At least five years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
- At least three years of professional experience with:
- Media planning/buying
- Digital advertising reporting and optimization
- Adhering to strict brand and campaign guidelines

- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with strong visual acuity.
- Willing to appear in and work with volunteers to produce Tik Tok content.
