The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing all marketing and social media initiatives that support AEI’s business objectives. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on graphic design and content creation to produce high‑quality print, digital, and multi‑media materials. The Marketing Manager enhances AEi’s brand presence, drives engagement, and ensures consistent, visually compelling communications across all platforms while optimizing marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with AEI’s Sales and Property Acquisition teams to develop national strategies to promote the sale of the company’s commercial real estate investment programs and services.
  • Develop strategies and their supporting communication print and multi‑media materials that include, but are not be limited to product awareness, investor communications, prospect generation, events, and loyalty/retention initiatives.
  • Create, design, and oversee high‑quality written and visual content for investor communications, thought leadership pieces, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Monitoring, measuring, and optimizing all marketing and advertising projects with the goal of increasing response rates, leads and sales.
  • Evaluate market research and analysis including monitoring competitor products, sales, and marketing activities and adjust AEI Marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Establish, maintain and enhance AEI brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of the company website to include content, functionality, and design.
  • Collaboratively develop digital marketing strategy to enhance the social presence for AEI to assist with lead generation and talent acquisitions.
  • Manage all print production and electronic communication deployments to ensure quality, accuracy and fulfillment of messaging to desired groups/demographics.
  • Create and present budgets for all print and electronic marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the financial services industry; alternative investments preferred.
  • Graphic design experience required, including proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or comparable platforms.
  • Well‑developed and effective organizational and interpersonal skills to maintain strong collaboration with AEI sales and marketing teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of the financial industry (alternative investment space preferred).
  • Demonstrated success executing integrated campaigns or initiatives that directly impact sales.
  • Strong planning, project management, and end‑to‑end execution skills—from concept through completion.
