Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead all aspects of marketing and communications across our growing organization. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing data‑driven marketing strategies that drive patient engagement, brand growth, referral development, and measurable business outcomes.
The Marketing Director will oversee branding, digital marketing, communications, business development, referral marketing, reputation management, and event planning, while leading and mentoring a high‑performing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership- Set the strategic direction and oversee execution of all marketing initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and brand positioning.
- Develop and implement comprehensive, integrated marketing plans that drive patient engagement and deliver measurable ROI.
- Lead marketing strategy across digital, traditional, referral, and experiential channels.
- Directly supervise the marketing team, including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and scheduling.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and accountable team culture.
- Partner cross‑functionally with clinical, operational, and executive leadership.
- Oversee branding, internal and external communications, advertising, website management, SEO, analytics, social media, and reputation management.
- Ensure consistent, patient‑centered messaging across all platforms.
- Manage public relations, media relations, and broadcast initiatives.
- Lead strategic business development initiatives, including partnerships with sports teams, referral partners, and healthcare and non‑healthcare organizations.
- Develop and execute a Long‑Range Plan to identify and support profitable growth opportunities.
- Oversee clinic referral marketing strategy and team to strengthen referral relationships and maintain a steady pipeline of patient volume.
- Develop referral tools, messaging, and relationship‑driven strategies.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiation strategies.
- Implement innovative tools and technologies to maximize reach, performance, and ROI.
- Deliver marketing performance metrics and ROI reporting to the COO and ownership.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and consultants, including contract review and negotiation.
- Oversee marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead philanthropy initiatives and collaborate with The Tareen Foundation to integrate community engagement into marketing strategy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- This position directly supervises the marketing team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
- Demonstrated year‑over‑year growth in marketing performance and/or sales outcomes.
