The Minnesota DFL Party is seeking a Deputy Communications Director in St. Paul, MN. This hybrid, full-time exempt role supports the Communications, Research, and Data Department and reports to the Senior Director.
You will drive day-to-day operations, craft messaging, and coordinate rapid-response initiatives across press, digital, and content functions. You are proactive, highly organized, and able to move between project management, coordination, proofreading, and hands-on execution.
