Marketing Specialist-Influencers & Social Media

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist focused on influencers and social media to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing influencer partnerships and social media strategies to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support key business objectives. In addition, this role will provide flexible support to the marketing department in a variety of ways as needed, contributing to the team’s overall success.

• Conducts research to identify relevant influencers within the powersports or relevant related industries
• Collaborates with influencers to develop creative concepts and content ideas
• Initiates outreach to influencers and negotiate partnership terms, including compensation and deliverables
• Manages execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timelines and objectives are met
• Monitors influencer-generated content for brand alignment and compliance with guidelines.
• Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of influencer campaigns
• Provides regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on influencer marketing performance
• Stays up to date on industry trends, emerging influencers and best practices in influencer marketing
• Identifies, evaluates, and collaborates with influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.) to amplify brand messaging and campaigns
• Develops and implements comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand and marketing goals
• Creates compelling, on-brand content for social media channels and manage daily postings, stories, and community engagement
• Monitors trends, analyzes campaign performance, and provides regular reports and insights with actionable recommendations
• Manages influencer relationships, contracts, and campaign deliverables to ensure high-quality results and ROI
• Manages product seeding/gifting logistics including shipping logistics, and whitelisting execution
• Supports the marketing department in various tasks and projects as needed, adapting to shifting priorities and assisting with ad hoc initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related roles
• Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns and social media growth
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and authentic influencer campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with social media analytics tools
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data
• Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, and other social platforms
• Excellent negotiation with relationship and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with influencers and internal teams
• Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in influencer partnerships
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools
