POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing and Digital Content Coordinator supports the CLUES’ marketing and communications efforts of planning and implementing promotional strategies for all CLUES programs through informative and engaging content, tailored for CLUES’ target audience. This includes creating content and designing promotional visual materials for media and executing social media campaigns on a variety of web-based platforms to reach our target audience.

The coordinator is focused on increasing, broadening, and deepening program participation, and making the public aware of CLUES’ mission and work.

The Marketing and Digital Content Coordinator should be a skilled bilingual writer, designer, and communicator who is fluent in Spanish and English, capable of thriving and adapting in a fast-paced and dynamic organization while maintaining a commitment to CLUES mission.

Schedule:

Full-time. Generally, Monday - Friday; office hours. Some weekend and evening hours may be needed (for event, special projects coverage)
Pay: $22.50-$25.00/hr benefits:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Will vary based on current needs. General responsibilities include:

Marketing and Communication (40%)Write clear, concise, and persuasive marketing content for webpages; blog and social media posts; online and email campaigns; videos; and other digital and print content.

Draft and publish marketing, web, social media, and newsletter copy as assigned, tailoring voice to various audiences.

Collaborate with the supervisor and marketing team to maintain editorial calendar.

Repurpose newsletters and web content into compelling social posts.

Maintain an active, relevant presence on CLUES social media networks.

Plan and execute programmatic digital marketing campaigns.

Help increase community awareness of CLUES programs and services through community engagement and digital event initiatives

Compile weekly measures and campaign results (social media metrics reporting and analysis).Support CLUES email marketing strategy by collaborating with the development team and the Marketing and Communication Director to create compelling and conversion-driven email content.

Build, edit and test template-based email campaigns.

Communicate with external agencies, vendors, and partners.

Write, review, and coordinate the creation of the CLUES monthly newsletter.

Digital Content and Branding Development (35%)Maintain internal policies, practices, procedures, and develop internal resources as graphic design templates to use for staff members.

Collaborate with Marketing director and staff program to create frequent, engaging original, and translated content across social media channels utilizing common media formats including video (short clips, editorialized video) and images (including GIFs)
Act as a liaison for internal staff by providing guidance in graphic materials and social media to promote their programs.

Partner with CLUES staff to produce creative, engaging social media and print content that maintains the brand and gives a representative and inclusive voice to our diverse audiences.

Design and edit physical and visual communications for programming campaigns and events, including brochures, fliers, signs, swag, digital content, etc.
