Independent Pet Partners (IPP) is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to lead customer lifecycle programs for Chuck & Don's and Kriser's. This role owns email and SMS strategy, planning and execution, partnering with Marketing leadership to drive engagement and revenue.
You will translate data-driven insights into personalized campaigns across lifecycle stages, optimize deliverability, and manage the CRM platform in collaboration with Analytics, Merchandising, E-commerce and Retail Operations.
