The Workforce Program Capacity Building VISTA will support the development and implementation of workforce readiness programs designed to provide career development and employment opportunities for youth, especially those from diverse and low-income backgrounds. This position will be based at Conway and will focus on building sustainable partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance job training, internship, and employment opportunities for participants in Sanneh programs.

Member Duties :
Build partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and stakeholders to expand workforce development opportunities for youth. Strengthen the internal systems and processes for tracking, reporting, and improving the impact of workforce readiness programs. Empower youth with the skills, confidence, and resources needed to secure employment and succeed in their careers.
