The Minnesota Orchestral Association is seeking a part-time Audience Services volunteer coordinator to support the Volunteer Services Manager and assist at concerts and events. You will help recruit, schedule, train, recognize and report volunteers, while maintaining policies and providing front-line customer service.
Onsite duties include staffing concerts, leading volunteer huddles, and ensuring a positive audience experience with accurate information about events and facility procedures.
