Data Entry/Donor Database Manager
The Data Entry/Donor Database Manager enters gifts daily and manages the fundraising database for Our Lady of Peace to track donations, maintain donor relationships, and support fundraising campaigns and events.
Key responsibilities include:- Database Maintenance:
Oversees the optimization of the donor management software. - Gift Processing:
Supervises accurate tracking, batching, and recording of financial donations and tax receipts. - Reporting and Analysis:
Builds custom lists, tracks donor retention, and creates dashboards to analyze information. - Daily Entry of gifts into the database
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. - Technical
Skills:
Expertise in Donor Perfect Database. - Data Proficiency:
Strong skill in writing queries, and exporting data. - Soft Skills:
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a clear understanding of fundraising ethics. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience:
requires 1-2 years of experience working with Donor Perfect. - Alignment with OLP’s faith-based mission and values
This position is onsite daily and 80 hours per two-week pay period with excellent benefits. The position reports to the Director of Development.
