RADIAS Health in Saint Paul seeks a Homeless Outreach Mental Health Practitioner to provide PATH services, manage a caseload, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support unsheltered individuals with mental health needs.
You will engage in outreach, develop recovery goals, and coordinate housing referrals, with a 40-hour work week onsite at the downtown Saint Paul office. A bachelor’s in behavioral sciences is preferred and relevant experience is required.
